When you visit the Platform, we collect your IP address, and standard web log information, such as your browser type and the pages you accessed on our Platform. We also may collect certain geo-location information. If you do not agree to our collection of this information, you may not be able to use our Services.

We may also obtain information about you from third parties such as identity verification, fraud prevention and similar service providers.
When you are using the Joust Platform, we collect information about your account transactions and we may collect information about your computer or other access device for fraud prevention and other similar purposes.
Finally, we may collect additional information from or about you in other ways not specifically described here. For example, we may collect information related to your contacts with our customer support team or store results when you respond to a survey from us.
We do not knowingly solicit or collect information from any individuals under the age of 18. No one under the age of 18 is authorized to be a user of the Joust Platform or have access to the applications. If you believe that a minor in your care has provided us with information, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When you access the Platform, we, or companies we hire to track how our Platform is used, may place small data files called "cookies" on your computer. For example, we send a "session cookie" to your computer any time you log in to your Joust Account. This type of cookie helps us to recognize you if you visit multiple pages on our site during the same session, so that we don't need to ask you for your password on each page. You are free to decline Joust cookies if your browser permits, but doing so may interfere with your use of the Platform.
We store and process your personal information using third party servers located in secure data centers in the United States. This information is protected by physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in compliance with applicable U.S. federal and state regulations. We also use computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption, enforce physical access controls to our office and files, and authorize access to personal information only for those employees who require it to fulfill their job responsibilities.
We utilize commercially reasonable physical, technical, and administrative security measures to help protect information under Joust’s control against loss, misuse, and alteration. For example, we use a combination of firewall barriers, encryption techniques and authentication procedures, among others, to maintain the security of your online session, your personal information and to protect Joust accounts and systems from unauthorized access. Despite our efforts, we cannot guarantee that personal information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of our administrative, managerial and technical safeguards. We urge you to take adequate precautions to protect your personal data as well, including never sharing your Joust password with anyone.

To facilitate payments via the Joust Platform, we need to share some of your personal information with other persons or companies. Your name, contact information, address, date of sign-up, the number of payments you have received and other verification metrics, like social graph activity, may be provided to persons or companies when you transact with, on, or through the Joust Platform.
We work with vendors to enable them to accept payments from you using the Joust Platform. In doing so, a vendor may share information about you with us, such as your mobile phone number or Joust username, when you attempt to pay that vendor. We use this information to confirm to that vendor that you are a Joust User and that the vendor should accept payment for your purchase.
Regardless, we will not disclose your credit card number or bank account number to anyone you have paid through the Joust Platform, except with your express permission or if we are required to do so to comply with a court order or other legal process.
Joust does not share your personal information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

The Platform and Services also enable authorized third-party tracking mechanisms for use in online behavioral advertising.
For example, authorized third parties may use the fact that you used the Joust Platform to target online ads for Joust services to you on non-Joust websites. In addition, our third-party advertising networks might use information about your use of the Services to help target non-Joust advertisements based on your online behavior. For information about behavioral advertising practices, including privacy and confidentiality, visit the Network Advertising Initiative website or the Digital Advertising Alliance website.
Joust's PayArmour service also allows you to accept debit and credit card payments. This service is provided by our third-party partner, ProPay, Inc., and in doing so, you hereby confirm acceptance of ProPay's ProFac Sub-Merchant Terms and Conditions.
You can review and update your personal information in your account settings at any time by logging in to your account. It is your responsibility to keep your personal information up to date by updating your profile in the mobile application or by contacting our Customer Support team at email@example.com. We are not responsible for costs or other issues arising from your failure to keep your personal information up to date.
You may request that we delete your Joust Account. To request deletion of your account, email firstname.lastname@example.org, requesting a deletion of your Account. Merely deleting the Mobile App from your device does not constitute a request to delete your account. Once your request to delete your account has been processed, we will promptly disconnect any connection we may have established to your Account Information (as defined in the Terms and Conditions) and delete all External Bank Account credentials in our possession. Notwithstanding the above, we may need to retain your data beyond your account deletion date if required to do so by federal, state or local law.
The Platform may contain links to other sites. Joust does not control the information collection of sites that can be reached through links from the Platform. We encourage our users to be aware when they are leaving the Platform and to read the privacy policies of any website that collects personally identifiable information.
